What to expect

One of our trainers (usually James, the owner) will greet you and give you a tour of our 3000 sq ft studio. This gives you a great opportunity to see what type of equipment we use and to see what our training style is like. After this, we typically sit down with you and go over your goals and needs in regards to your health and fitness journey. From this, we can discuss how Body Basics can be of help through the following services: personal training, nutrition coaching, online programming, and/or recovery services. Expect for this time to last around 30 minutes.

You will receive:

  • A 30 minute consultation to see if your needs/wants align with our services

Experience a Trial Session & Consultation for $45!

Your trial session will be approximately one hour and will include the following: a tour of our studio, a brief consultation about goals and medical history, and about a 30 min workout. This workout will give you a glimpse into how we coach and the style of training we use.
